I have been playing drums for 14 years, and I have been teaching on and off for 5 years. I have a bachelor's in music, Jazz Studies, from Capilano University with a focus on education.

I have knowledge and experience playing all types of percussion instruments, mallet percussion included, however my main instrument is the drum set. 

I can teach sight reading, and music theory concepts as well. Whether you want to pick up drums as a fun hobby, or if you want to seriously pursue mastery of the drumset, I can help you achieve your goals. Lessons are individually tailored to the student's specific needs.
